The stay was amazing! Great price, quiet location with Bavarian style to it. 10 minutes from Main Street and 12 from birch run. Perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the city. I definitely recommended staying here, and we will be staying again in December! The air worked well, tv, mini fridge and microwave all worked. Room was clean and bed was made when we arrived. Great customer service and they care about making sure your stay is the best they can.

Roaches , flies,in the room loud parties til 3 am in the parking lot. Cigarette burns all over the bedding. Had to move to a different hotel quickly. This place needs to be shut down. Sad.

Though clean enough our stay was ruined by a drunk couple in the next room screaming at each other most of the night through the thin, uninsulated wall. We called the manager and he got them to quiet down temporarily but he didn’t eject them or offer to move them away from us. Sleeping was really difficult. You should take this hotel off your list.

I booked 3 rooms for our group. When we arrived, none of our rooms were next to each other to start. Two of our rooms were filthy (hair and dirt all over floors, in beds, showers not clean, one room had pee in the toilet still). Had to change rooms twice before finding an acceptable room. The entire place smelled of smoke, both marijuana and cigarettes. The pool area was also very dirty, with visible dirt all over the tile. The staff did help to accommodate us with changes. The restaurant was under construction so the breakfast was in a conference room. It was quite underwhelming. Both times I went down, they were out of plates or bowls to even get food with.
